Veteran Clothing Company Donates $200k to Dallas Officer Foundation

in Uncategorized

A Dallas police officers organization will finally be able to give a helping hand to the families that lost their loved ones during the Black Lives Matter protest that broke out in early June thanks to the glorious help of an apparel company that is funded by veterans. The Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation happily shared with reporters that successful fundraising has lead them to gift at least $50,000 to each family that lost a police officer during the July 7 attack.

A majority of the funds that were raised came from the veteran founded apparel company known as Grunt Style.

Drill Sergeant and Army Veteran, Daniel Alarik is the company's founder.

Alarik shared,

“When you serve in the military, you never lose the commitment to support your brothers and sisters that put their lives on the line every day to serve our country".

Alarik created an exclusive t-shirt in order to honor the fallen Dallas Texas officers that was able to raise over $200,000 in funds. The company happily admitted that since the release of this exclusive t-shirt it was by far their fasting selling shirt since the company launched in early 2009.

Grunt Style was able to personally deliver these massive funds in the form of a giant check to the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation yesterday morning at Union Hall.

Although this is amazing news for the families involved in this unfortunate event, rejuvenated efforts by the Black Lives Matter movement have continued to make headlines.

In light of another protest being scheduled, the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation released a statement,

“The DFOF is extremely concerned with the safety and well-being of the police officers. A little over a week ago, we laid our brothers to rest and many police officers still have not had an opportunity to process and reflect on those losses. This scheduled protest reflects the disconnect that currently exists with Black Lives Matter and police concerns for public safety.”
